At these events you will have the opportunity to work with Wholesalers and Home Office staff to help you gain the information and education you need to become more productive. National Conventions

Investors Capital hosts two Annual National Conventions, one on both the East and West coasts. As a Registered Representative you can look forward to keynote speakers, product updates, and marketing, educational, and compliance sessions. As a Representative, you are required to attend one of these two National Conventions hosted by Investors Capital to help you continue building your business.

Regionals

Regional Meetings are one day programs held by Investors Capital at a variety of locations across the country. A range of dates are offered to provide ample opportunity for you to make connections with local wholesalers. All Registered Representatives are required to attend at least one Regional Meeting per calendar year in order to fulfill Firm Element Requirements. Each meeting covers NetEx Pro, Seminar Selling and Tax Solutions programs, WebOPs, and other Home Office training. These are full day events packed with wholesaler presentations and Home Office information.

Life Insurance Meetings

Attend one of the Life Insurance CE meetings to learn how to develop your insurance business. The comprehensive program will focus on helping you incorporate new and tested ideas into your existing business. Instructors will discuss life basics, industry trends, leading carriers, and product innovations. You will also hear about sales and training ideas, business retirement planning and estate planning concepts.

Seminar Boot Camps

Investors Capital Seminar Boot Camps are a company wide initiative to help representatives build their business as our top producers have. During these intensive one and a half day workshops, representatives are coached through identifying their niche market, learning different ways to fill the room, determining which locations draw more attendees, choosing a presentation that best meets the needs of your audience, presenting effectively to your audience, setting appointments with seminar attendees, getting the most out of your initial consultation and more.
